Periodically, you should re-evaluate the pricing you receive on your services. Recently, I noticed my auto insurance was starting to creep up in price, so I called another major insurance provider and was able to increase my coverage and decrease my monthly bill by a reasonable amount. I passed the quote along to my current provider, and they weren't interested in matching it. Much to their astonishment, I cancelled my policy with them on the spot. Our current culture hates negotiating price. (I recently purchased a car and the sales representative told me I was the first customer he had encountered in quite some time who didn't simply just accept the proce as offered by the company.) But, this is something we should be doing as a means to keep services affordable for everyone.
